Subtext Performance Lab offers performance training, coaching and workshop facilitation for individuals, production houses and organisations. All engagements are confirmed by written agreement between the client and Subtext Performance Lab.
All invoices are raised by Pushpender Singh (OPC) Private Limited. GST is applicable on all services and will be charged as per prevailing rates.
Fees for all services are discussed and agreed upon directly before an engagement is confirmed. No fees are collected through this website.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the individual engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
